Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

At Trezka3D, all items are custom 3D printed to order. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, please note the following:


Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
  • This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for custom-made goods.


Faulty or Damaged Items

    • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    • Once approved, we will:
      • Reprint and send a replacement at no extra cost, or
      • Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.


      Exclusions

      Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

      • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications.
      • Minor cosmetic imperfections (layer lines, small colour variations, surface texture) which are a natural part of the 3D printing process.


      Processing

      Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

      Replacement prints are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
