2. Products

  • All items are custom 3D printed to order.
  • Minor cosmetic variations (layer lines, surface finish, slight colour differences) are a natural part of the 3D printing process and do not make a product faulty.


3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • Payments are processed securely via WooPayments/Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • We do not store card details.


4. Shipping

  • We dispatch orders via Royal Mail or couriers.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


5. Refunds & Returns

  • Because products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.

6. Liability

  • Trezka3D is not liable for any misuse or modification of our products.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, courier delays).

  • Our products are not official parts unless explicitly stated.
